Hey Beautiful
I’m Christina! A curly-haired 31-year-old from the UK.
For the last 14 years, I’ve been absolutely hooked on travelling! It’s been a huge part of my life, and I’m particularly passionate about encouraging women to go out and explore the world (especially solo).
Whether it’s diving headfirst into the digital nomad lifestyle or squeezing in adventures around a regular job, I’ve done it all. Even travelling solo long-term while in a relationship!
So, if you’re after some travel inspo or need tips and tricks for your next adventure, you’re in the right place.

About Me
Hi, I’m Christina!
I’m very happy to see you here.
I first caught the travel bug in my late teens while working in Greece. After spending 3 months soaking up new experiences and meeting people from all over the globe, I knew I had to see the rest of the world. My first major trip was back in 2014. Fresh out of university and ready to take on the sites of Southeast Asia and Australia!
I spent just over 2.5 years backpacking around Asia and working in Australia. Working in some bizarre jobs (but that’s a story for another time). My plan was to get a visa to stay in Australia longer but that didn’t happen. Sometimes life just doesn’t go according to plan (and ends up turning out just fine). Once my visa was up, I returned home, hung up my backpacking boots and transitioned into a new life of travel around my 9-5 Job.

This leads me up to today!
After 7 years of working and being fortunate enough to travel to more than 40 countries in that time, despite working full-time, I decided that I needed a change.
Whilst I was very lucky to have a great job, I knew deep down I wasn’t full-filled and would spend my days daydreaming about doing something different and waiting every week for the weekend to arrive.
With that, I decided to hand in my notice, get my backpack out of storage and book a one-way flight. My Goal? To see more of this beautiful world, to pour as much time and energy into this blog as possible and to become fully freelance.
Anyway I’m so glad to have you here! I hope you enjoy the blog and if you have any questions please let me know.
