A Little Insight Into MY Journey

My India Travel Journey

I didnโ€™t actually travel to India until I was 31, which is kind of wild considering Iโ€™m half Indian. Youโ€™d think it wouldโ€™ve been the first stamp in my passport, but somehow it took me that long to finally go.

Since that first trip, Iโ€™ve already been back twice. Iโ€™ve celebrated the madness and magic of Holi, spotted tigers prowling through Ranthambore, and wandered the holy ghats of Varanasi where life feels like itโ€™s on another frequency altogether.

India has surprised me in every possible way. Itโ€™s overwhelming, beautiful, intense, and completely addictive. I know now itโ€™s a place Iโ€™ll keep going back to, again and again.

My Favourite Place In India

Welcome To Varanasi

Varanasi is hands down my favourite city in India. This ancient riverside gem on the Ganges is pure magic, think sunrise boat rides, winding alleyways filled with incense and chai stalls, sacred temples, and evening aarti ceremonies that will leave you speechless.

Itโ€™s the kind of place you plan to see for a couple of days and end up staying much longer, completely swept up in its chaotic energy.

Affordable mobile data as soon as I land is so handy, as it makes it easy to message family, check maps, or book transport straight away.ย These are brands I use time and time again (depending on the region I am travelling to and the type of trip).
